It has taken me years to find a great doctor, and I’m so glad I finally found Dr. Ling. In the past, I often felt like just another appointment slot and other doctors seemed passive and uninterested. Dr. Ling is the complete opposite. She walks into every appointment with a warm smile and kind greeting, and she truly takes the time to listen. I appreciate that she makes it clear she’s always available if I have any concerns or questions, whether in person or through telehealth, which is so convenient. Her staff is also friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ling to anyone looking for a caring and attentive doctor.

Doctor Jie Ling has been my primary care physician for several years and I am so happy I found her. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and is very helpful and understanding. She orders timely blood tests and stays on top of your medications. I feel very confident with her treatment and feel I’m in good hands. I would highly recommend her for your primary care.

Dr. Ling is exceptionally professional and truly compassionate with her patients. When I was diagnosed with malignant cancer and urgently needed to consult top specialists, she immediately took time out of her busy schedule to understand my symptoms. She even worked late into the night to complete my referral letters, while my PCPs required appointments several days later. I attribute my quick recovery to her dedication and the tremendous help she provided.

Our family started visiting Dr Ling after our relocation in September. Dr. Ling is incredibly thorough and always so efficient when answering my health questions. Every time I come in with a concern, she quickly figures out what’s going on and gives advice that actually works. On top of that, she’s genuinely kind and caring. You can really feel that she wants the best for her patients. My whole family trusts her, and we’ll definitely continue seeing her. Her office speaks both Mandarin and English. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ling cares about patients and responds very quickly. I called Dr. Ling’s office on Monday to see if I could make an appointment as soon as possible for a viral infection that was very painful. They made an effort to see me at the end of the day. She prescribed me the medication, and I got it at the pharmacy on the same day. It helped instantly. One month later, I started to have the same symptom. And I knew the infection recurred. Dr. Ling refilled my prescription. This time, the medication kept the infection under control. I didn’t suffer as much.

Dr. Ling has been my primary doctor for 5 years. I have long-term diabetes. Recently I found hands and feet numb and tingling as well as losing weight sharply. Although it is frequently considered a complication of long-term diabetes, careful and vigilant doctors can help manage it effectively. Dr. Ling requested a full-body scan to check for cancer, followed by admission to Stanford Hospital. I am grateful for her professionalism and service attitude. I am glad that I have such a responsible primary doctor.
